301 Raceway & C-Whits Hobby Shop will be holding the 2nd annual running of the:

:nod: I-95 SHOWDOWN!!! :nod:

Master of the mic, TedX will be calling the action. Last year 93 of the finest drivers on the east coast locked horns for three days straight. Competition was fierce. :sweat: The track was fast. :tire: The trophies were huge. :eek: And we all had FUN. :lol: This year will be no different. ;)

FREE covered pits with tables, chairs, power, and compressor provided. Put your game face on and come race with C-Whit & the 301 Crew. Rumor has it some out of town fast guys may be coming……… :sneaky:

Schedule:

14th - Friday - Open practice 8am until dark
15th - Saturday - Practice 7:30-9:30 / 3 rounds of qualifying starting at 10:00am / 10 min break in between each round / Reshuffle after 2nd round
16th - Sunday - Practice 7:30-9:00 / One final round of qualifying starting at 9:15am / Mains will start shortly after

Race Info:

* 1/10 and 1/8 classes following ROAR rules
* Rocket round qualifiers with IFMAR start
* Each main will consist of 10 qualifiers and two bump-ups. Anyone can win the A. ;)
* Main lengths: A (45m) B (30m) C and lower (20m)
* The track is sprayed with Track Grip providing a very HIGH level of traction for fast lap times
* Trophies for all in the A main, top 5 in the B main and top 3 for all other mains
* Cost is $30 for the first class and $10 for an additional class
* T-shirts will be given out at the end of the race

The warm-up race will be held on Sept. 9. Get some precious track time under race conditions.

This Sundays entry fee is $20.00 instead of $25.00

Got some news,that the man, the myth, Mr. Uriah Murnan and friends will be coming up for this weekend's I-95 Showdown.:nod:

Yes it did, this will be nice.

Please have Uriah bring an extra motor or two to sell (preferably Max Power ;) ). I may just purchase one on Friday and request Chris to break it in and tune it. :D

i am sure uriah will be bringing motors for sale. i dont think he has any max power motors but if there is something else your interested i can tell him to bring it. Best bet go onto to his website and see if you see something that he has in stock and than e-mail him or post me a message and maybe i can get in touch with him
