Heah pelico,
I am issuing my first "smack talk" challenge. Tell Jaime to bring that MTX4 down, by then I should have the "gremlins" exterminated from my car and I'll be ready to show him the rear end of my car.
Another bonus for him is that he can get a rematch with Scooby "portin' " Horton.
Also, he wanted to get my set up on the Xray FK05 that was in my car at Blue Diamond when we were all there, he can see it up close and personal.

Speaking of full blown open electric touring, where's my buddy Warren Weaver, come on, you know you wanna' come down and run with us one last time before it gets too cold to run out doors.

From what I am hearing, 1/12 is going to be hotly contested at this event.

Nitro,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you know it!!!!!! I would not waste the opportunity to enjoy one of the last chances to smell nitro this season. If all goes the way I anticipate there will be more than likely 1-2 mains of nitro touring . That would be substantial since this facility, though capable of running nitro, more recently is known as an electric track. I plan to expose the track to all types of vehicles so the club and track might have a fighting chance of growth in the future. The club members and volenteers work far too hard, and put in too many hours (Team Swift, Jeff Cuffs and Al in particular) to not get a driver turnout to justify their efforts. This event will bring the numbers that will show the type of driver support that is possible.

Ya know, every time I plan one of my little "RC party's", regardless of what I do, I can not seem to plan it so that everyone, I mean everyone, has the opportunity to attend. I spoke to at least a minimum of 10 potential participants who cannot make the event for all kinds of reasons. Several are on family vacation on that week, one person in going to the Nascar event at Richmond VA, and he usually good for bringing his "racing buddy" with him. Another participant has to visit a sick relative, etc, etc, etc. Your situation is one I am quite familiar with since both of my children were involved in sports when they were younger, so I know what's up. You will still be there in spirit anyway.

Does anyone attending this event have a spare Tx & Rx available for loan? I'd like to get this xBox Forza playing friend of mine onto the track in the Run-Whatcha-Brung class, but I don't have a spare Tx & Rx to load into any of the many spare cars laying around my basement.
