Default Rules Please

Hello, we just got our first 2 wheel electric Team Associated T4. We know very little about off-road trucks and racing. Today, was the first time we hit the dirt. Although the jumps were large (setup for 1/8 racing), it was a blast. We currently have a Novak 10.5 installed. Is this OK for the 19T class? If not, I will assume any brushless is OK in the mod group. What size brushless do most people use for mod?

When will the flyer be available? How about motor, truck, battery rules.

Thanks

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the delay been a little busy at work and on the home front.

Here you go

Practice times for Saturday are as follows

18T- 8:00-8:15am
Electric Truck- 8:15-9.00am
Gas Truck- 9:00-9:45am
Truggies 9:45- 10:15am

Drivers meeting 10:20am
First Round 10:30am

We will be stacking the heats to make sure you guys are not running back to back. We are also going to need help sweeping in between rounds.

Denny,

I checked, Lipos are still not ROAR Legal. The 19t class is brushed motors only with fixed timing. The open Mod class can run brushless.

Keep the questions coming

Thanks

The T4 is a great truck and I am sure you will have a lot more fun for years to come. If you need some help tuning the truck come find me on Sat.

I am not sure on what brushless motors the factory guys are runing but I would start out slow and work your way up. For this race we are only going with Brushed for 19T. As this race gets some rolling I will be looking into adding the Brushless and Lipos (Denny) to the class list.

The flyer was the little tuff and I will have sometthing soon even with the race on Sat.

Check out the ROAR website www.roarracing.com. The cap will be 4200 or less.

I think they put that up before I spoke to Jim. We would like to get everbody home ASAP so we bumped the schedule a bit. With the electric starting first there will be no problem from the neighbors.

See you guys early on Sat
