great day at the track yesterday, i want to thank all who came out and a special thanks to the guys just south of us. nice run kev, way to come up here and show us how to run 1/8th scale scooby was on fire, once again another track record (now if we could just get him to go down 301 ) i had problems with my engine all day, just could not keep it lit. rhys was also having all types of problems, but we gone get it together next time, right rhys. oh yeah, the luckiest man in rc bumped up from the b and almost had a top 3 finish he must have all types of rabbit feet in his pocket (d lee). once again thanks for everything fellas.

Anudda fun day of racin' at da' Diamond.

The lap times are going down and the total laps are going up (except me). Electric was still light but I will work on that later in the season. The 1/8th guys are starting to figure out the track and in touring everyones homie town favorite Scooby "Portin' " Horton is just blistering the layout layin' down 19 lap runs at will. Was nice to see a number of 301 regulars come up and mix it up with us. One racer in particular, Irvin made Scooby have to work for his victory,,,,,,,,,,,,,cool!!!!! As for me, I was a non factor all day after my Hot Bodies RTR servo that had been in the car for 2 seasons decided to give up, and I never recovered all day. Anyway, here are the results.

That's right and it's all your fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, there were a total of 3 electrics, (not including Darren Howard who did not sign up at all due to the low turnout) but, they "bagged it" early. Electric will come around in time.

Hi Al,
there race days are Saturday = Offroad. Sunday = On Road. I am not sure how late in the season they plan to run, but I will find out and get back to you.

Just figured I would post, this Sunday myself and a few others will test the waters and run electric on the wide open spaces of Blue Diamonds track. We are talking brushless and/or modified!!!!!!!!!!!! maybe see ya'll there!
