Toca Race Driver 3 is a pretty good sim racer with a large Touring Car component to it. It has a damage model unlike Gran tourismo, but not as many cars.

Need for speed 2 underground, gt3and4, enthusia pro racing, street racing syndicate and the colin mcrae rally series are good driving games... I have them all lol
