Default Charger idea

Im srry if this has been posted b4 mods plz delete if so.

I need a charger for the track and I think I have an idea. O.K here is my plan. I want to run my charger off of the 12v gell cell battery in my starter box . I know an average feild charger runs on 12v so I dont think that would be a problem. The problem lies in the amount of amps in the gell cell battery. A gell cell battery is 7 amps so will that battery supply a long enough charge to run the starter box motor and rx packs for a full day at the track? The reason I want to do it this way is because if it works it will save me money and space. Also I couldnt run it off the car charger because I wouldnt have a car out there with me. Do you guys think it would work, or is it back to the drawing board?

Think about your question for a moment. 7 amp is your gell cell. That equals 7 amps per hour or 7000 miliamperes . You will be able to fully charge 2 packs . 2 3300 miliampere packs will take 6.6 amps from your cell, leaving you .4 amp (less than half amp) . Just enough power for you to charge your cellphone. You have to charge from your car or get a generator.

O.K thanks man. But im talking about rx packs like 2 or 3 1000 mill amp packs. I see your point though. I guess I should be able to get away with charging them all at home and going to the track with 3 packs.
