Default Velodrome racer needs help

I race at the Velodrome in Indianapolis, IN. My car is as fast as the leaders in the straights, but on the high bank turns it slows down and the leaders get away from me. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why I'm slowing in the turns. My car don't push and it's not loose in the turns. It's actually stuck to the track really well. I believe I need to free it up in the turns a little. Can anyone give me some pointers on freeing up my car a little more? Our track is 1,124 ft and my lap times are 13.6's. Any help would be appreciated.

Does anybody know where I can get a book on setting up chassis and trouble shooting different scenarios, I've looked on the internet and can't find anything.

Thank You,
Velo Racer
