im considering buying a bandit and upgrading its chassis to a slash chassis. My local drag racing clubs rules arent that strict. What would you guys recommend for a 1/10 brush less motor and any size esc?

I have the same combo en route. Have you decided on a gear ratio?

Hey guys, I'm interested in this. Curious on what base model sct you guys are running, or how you set it up? It has to be an SCT for some reason, as I understand it, right?

from what I've learned the Traxxas slash but there are otheres that are using losi 22sct. bottom line is it has to fit in the dimensions and the body has to cover the wheels.
12-13.5 inches from wheel stud to stud.Plus bodies are made for slash based vehicles.

The Associated DR10 is also available in kit form now. It's an excellent choice for those who want a chassis to put their electronics in. That provides another choice for a "narrow" drag car.
