Default parking lot rental fees amount?

what do you guys see for monthly rental fees, when you are at a club race at a mall parking lot or similar?
i want to say, when i was racing at a club regularly in western NY 18 years ago, nitro touring, we had a 140x70 track in a corner of a mall parking lot for $150 a month

When we raced nitro on road several years back we, we typically paid $30 - $50 per race. Most of the time, we paid this as a donation to a charity of the land owner's choice.

We actually carried a 1 million liability policy. Each place we raced, we would have them added as an additionally insured party on the policy. One of our club members is an insurance agent so making the change was easy.
Even though we raced ROAR rules, many of the racers weren't ROAR members as they never traveled to large races. By having our own insurance policy, the racers didn't have the additional expense of a ROAR membership.
Check into your own policy, it might be cheaper than you think.
