March 23, 2019 will be the first TCS Race at Windy City Raceway in Arlington Heights, IL
We are proud to hosting a TCS race again in the Wisconsin/Illinois area. 2 years has been way too long for a race to not be in the Midwest.
More information to follow as soon as the rules are updated.

Anyone that is planing on running the Tamiya TCS race on March 23rd at WCRC, let me know what parts you would like ordered for you. We want to be able to get an order together as early as possible so you have your parts in time for the race. I will be putting the list together for the shop to order. Hi can you clarify the tire rule for gravity tires for GT 1 and GT 2. which tires are they the US GT tires or touring car tire slicks. Thanks

l was told the Gravity C compound slicks.

Ok thanks, are they premounts? The problem I see if they are premounts If the wheels zero offset my car ta05 ifs runs a +2

they are premounts only, if you want more offset you will need spacers and or wider wheel hex. I am running 4mm hex with .5mm spacer on my TA05. If you want wider you will want to get wider suspension mounts as well (1E or 1F)

It's a pretty cheap area hotel wise, not exactly downtown Chicago. Quick search of area for that weekend shows many name brand in the $50-60 range, not sure how much cheaper a room can get and if it does, watch out.

For those traveling in for the March 23rd Tamiya TCS event here is a close hotel that a lot of our racers stay at:

COURTYARD CHICAGO ARLINGTON HEIGHTS/NORTH

It is less than 2 miles from the track and rates are about $70-$85 per night

Tamiya Championship Series (Link to relevant posts in TCS thread)

So at TQ they did gluing of horizontal surfaces of the tires for Euro Truck. Who can poke the TCS people to get something published on this?
