Scam!!??

Default Scam!!??

I paid a guy almost 400$ on Paypal.. never been screwed over on RC tech before until now I think.. once I paid the guy he will not respond to me won't message me back on txt or email or even private messages on here!! How do I resolve this or do anything about it???

File claim against him through paypal.

If you paid by friends and family you are screwed.

I have similar situation but I had the guy invoice me.

What does the seller invoicing you do that is different in a claim situation?

Protected by paypal when they invoice, friends and family you are out the money and item.

only thing you can do is do a claim with paypal , any deals on rctech you do at your own risk.

No moderator or Admin can and will not get involved in any deals to help with refunds,

but what you can do is to post a link to the deal and or post the screen name of the individual.

if you posted your cell phone asking for pics and continued to do the deal off rctech via text, well like Clint Eastwood says in Dirty Harry " Your S@@@ out of Luck"

start claim with paypal
if you paid ff .. say unauthorized use.. pp will ask seller for tracking # say all im or ways you contacted.. screenshots so on
let others know !

Doesn't have to be a invoice just pay "for goods and services"

As mentioned, file a claim with paypal, I've always had them take care of me. Also, if you used a credit card through paypal, contact the credit card company. You should be able to dispute a charge through them as well. Never been stranded either way. That's why I normally use paypal and a credit card, that way you have two means of protection (even though I've never had to exhaust more than one option).
