Default Yay, i can sell now :) , thanks Moderators

I have been registered to the RC-tech site for a number of years now.
Pretty much just used it for gathering info to help me out with the hobby so as a result didn't really post to many comments.
Just searched and hopefully got the answer I needed and went on my merry old way till next time.

Now I come along a few weeks back and try to post an ad in the for sale section only to be told I need at least 90 posts first.

WTF, I've been registered for years was my initial reaction!

NOW, having read others posts about this topic I have come to the conclusion that it is in fact not a bad idea at all.

If it wasn't for the fact I HAD to post I would not have gotten some real helpful info on chassis setup that I was completely unaware of.

Obviously you can opt for the Elite Member and sell right away if you wish.
And as has been stated this is not a free eBay which I think is a fair call.
(pretty much what I was planning to use it for!)

If you choose not to become an Elite as I have atm, at least you can help out with other peoples questions etc.

So Moderators, I will go post my ad now but rest assured I will still keep coming back and hopefully have a positive input into someones else's questions where ever possible as has been done for me

Yep and thats the idea, the buy / sell area is a secondary function of these forums. If it's the primary reason you joined, then Ebay may have been a better option for you.

Agree, it wasn't my original intention just to use as a buy/sell site though, it just ended up panning out that way.
I was like, hey I can just look at other people's posts, use their info and as a bonus I get to sell stuff if needed

I've been registered for a long while too. I have bought a lot on here and someday I'll get to sell. Great forum.
