"What would I do"...lock For Sale threads after they're submitted. No posting, no bumps. Seller can edit their post/thread as needed. Conduct all business via PM's. Eliminates people having to wade through 5 pages of crap nobody wants that gets "bumped" each day.
And MANDATORY pictures....."text for pics"....that's crap, you're LAZY, posting pics here IS NOT that hard.
IMO

Look at how rccrawler does FS/FT. It's very similar
All fs/ft posts need admin approval as well.

I'm a new member here, I like the forum a lot, but I was looking under Thread Tools for a selection to "show all attachments", where you can look at all the photos on a particular thread. I fly airplanes too and this was very handy on RC Groups. Thanks, Jim B.

I really like the simplicity of the site and don't have any problems switching from my IPhone to pc. I find its a bear to find what you want when using the search function though. The only other issue would be the shear volume of threads in the various sections, not sure I'd want to add sub forums to them or not though. The banner is looking kind of tired these days too.
My main changes would be to the For Sale section. Pictures should be mandatory. I wouldn't mind seeing sub forums either, electronics, esc/motors, vehicles and a section for misc/garage sale/parts lots would be my suggestion.

If you yourself are seeing so many issues why aren't you reporting them?

As far as the bump thing, i have no issue with that myself. The one bump every 24 hour rule works fine with me. Every forum i've been apart of that's been the rules and there was no issues with that. I think there should be maybe a group of 3-5 mods just for the FS section to moderate who doesnt post up a thread without a pic and either lock the thread or delete it with a generic 'you must post an actual pic with your FS thread' type deal.
if this is the case then why hasnt it been enforced? why do i have to give a seller my number for a product that i'm interested in seeing? and to be honest it's more work to text everyone that's interested in the product a pic opposed to just opening up a photobucket account (or just using tinypic.com or .org, whichever it is) uploading the pic and copying the link over.
That's just my $.02

if i ran rc tech ifd allow hobbyist to sell there parts for sale..there are so many hobbyist that make parts from the garage that are unable to share there stuff because of the advertising rules, cant even mention you have a part for sale. rctech charger somthing like $300 to advertise ..no garage hobbyist will pay that..the home made parts are not shared in fear of getting kicked off rctech.
