Why can't I send private messages ,

You a phone or computer? I cant send them on my computer unless i copy the persons name and paste it into the to area of an existing pm due to on my computer if i click on the persons name the drop down menu which has send a private message doesn't appear. On my phone it does.

Phone it's always worked fine before now has just stopped was in mid correspondence to buy a car but now won't let me reply to already existing messages

Messaging has been playing up for me all weekend. Sometimes they don't send or the page doesn't load at all. I just had to keep reloading my screen and double check the message was sent.
