Default Announcing new products on RCTech

I've been making a new product in very low quantities / hobby level stuff. I'm interested in announcing it in the appropriate forum. Something simple, like, In the xyz thread, add a post saying something to the effect of, "I'm making this thing and it does this. You can find it here (link)"

I can see that something like this is against the rules here, per the "Rules" sticky, so I followed that and wrote for info at the listed link, but got no response.

Am I missing something? I'd like to announce and also play by the rules.

I've now filled out the advertiser form (http://www.internetbrands.com/travel/advertise/ )three times now, but no response. I've checked my spam folder - nothing.

Any ideas on how to move forward on this?
