The minimum length for a search term appears to be 3 letters. Can common search terms be added to the engine? Stuff like B5 or D4

Only IB can answer that, but I doubt it. 2 letter terms are simply too short and I don't see them compiling and adding a list of "approved" 2 letter words or acronyms.

No -- that's the minimum the engine can deal with and not take forever.

Try a google search of just RCTech. But I bet you get a million hits and it's not very useful.
