Yup, happens quite often when I'm on my phone and on rctech. No issues when on any other website though.

Tech reports that the slowness issues and double-posts should be resolved now. Please let us know if not.

It's probably related to the large, annoying, bandwidth hogging, flash advertisements than anything else.

That would not cause a redirect to the play store.

My iphone does the same thing when I use the Facebook embedded browser, but nowhere else. It's not the sites I'm viewing, it's in the browser. I have no idea how/if this can be changed and assume it's in the apps themselves.

another video ad is causing firefox to stop responding again. you guys really need to dump these things. they're a headache for the users.

this is the thread that causes firefox to crash every time for me if I move my mouse over the video (if there is one at the time),
but it's crashed or stopped responding 3 times. the 4th was a static picture ad and it didn't crash.

Video ads are not allowed here, but sometimes they get served before we see them.

Since everyone's ads they see are dependent on their browsing habits, I won't see the video you're referring to on that page. Can you screenshot it for me?

The ad isn't the same all of the time. But next time I have time to use it I'll try. I'm using my phone most of the time and chrome doesn't play them anyway

I can't tell if you clicked on it -- did the audio start automatically?

To clarify: video ads are ok unless the audio starts automatically. A regular little vid is fine because you can easily ignore.

Only plays if the mouse crosses over it. But once it does Firefox crashes
