Yesterday I had somehting like 59 or 60 posts...now I'm back to 50.

because I posted something like 8 or 10 after I posted this one...so right now I have 59...after this I should have 60...but by the time you read this it should be 62 or 63 because I'm going to post to some thread after this....

Has anyone experience this? Dejavu?

Keep an eye on it...

I have not seen this happen yet on the newer versions of the software (vBulletin) but it's always possible that the problem is still around. If anybody else sees this, please notify me so I can try and figure out what's going on with it.

Also, I'm moving this to the Site Forum...

it has also happened to me. i used to have at least 70 posts and when i came back from a two-day break, my posts were down to 30. what gives?

I just did a search on your posts... both of you.. The exact amount in your profile came up. Are you sure you just didnt read it wrong? Write down your post count now, then check it in a couple weeks...

Yea, as far as I can tell nothing is missing. I know none of mine have disappeared. And I highly doubt that posts are getting deleted from the database, though I suppose anything is possible. If you ever think that a post HAS come up missing, please let me know right away...

nope, i kid you not :( . i was up to 70 (hacker level) and then after a few days of absence, i saw it was down to 30. i'm not joking or making this up.

but then, its no biggie, i was just wondering, that's all.

in Manila Racers Forum that have lost some posts...but the 3 of them doesn't want to post at this thread because its not that big deal...

I'm just letting you know because it might cause some more bigger problems in the future as the numberof board members grows up

also I dont think I need to write down the number of my posts now because I almost always post everyday so I know the number of my post...particularly that day when I lost some 10 or 11 post because I know I'm around 60 or something the other night (Hacker) and after I posted the next morning I saw its only 50 so that means I only got 49 before I posted.

I have lost some posts too in the manila racers forum, but i know why cause some of us posted in the thread that is now full that fafa erased so when he erased the thread our posts got erased too hope this helps:D but who cares how many our posts are we just care whats written in our posts:D

I have been sick for several days, i was a "hacker"(yes i'm proud of it)...lol....anyway i came back on here and it had me as a sportsman.....do you lose status if you dont post every so often????thanks.

It appears that moderators is some of the Club/Regional forums have been deleting threads. If somebody deletes a thread, the posts are subtracted from your total. I will try and get a memo out to the moderators to NOT delete any threads, which is our normal policy. If something needs to go away, they can just lock it so nobody else can post to it...
