I hate a thief of any kind but this also exposes some weaknesses in the shops staff. The guy at the counter never even acknowledged when they came in or left. I used to do loss prevention in a retail setting and believe it or not just letting the customer know you know they are there does a lot to deter. There were tons of other tell-tale signs there as well, Jacket on at walk in and removed midway through, aimlessly walking around, how many times they keep checking the exit and desk staff, they seemed nervous. Good luck, great video quality so it should be easy to snag them.

How true is this statement ? The guy behind the counter does not even look up as the guys exit the store. Does not change the fact that the guys stealing are the bad guys, here but its true that with a few changes in the way people who work there behave ...more theft can be avoided. I really hope you guys find these guys. Good luck.
