See man, everytime I think about trying to sell my Kyosho Turbo Optima, somebody has to go start some damn banter about "old school" and make me think twice

Wouldn't exactly label it "trash" ... really I'm just joking I have no real plan to sell it. Eventually it will be fully restored

It's not, just a figure of speech

I'm debating building my vintage jrx2. This one guy at my track, oh my! He has the kyosho ultima, optima mid SE, Futuba jr, and a few more vintage cars. All in excellent condition.

A vintage forum has been mentioned many times, but it hasnt happend yet. Best stick with rc10talk.com for vintage stuff.

There's also a great forum on Tamiyaclub.com for all makes, not just Tamiya
And a lot of the content is older stuff.

Don't sell it. You'll just find yourself trying to find another one. I've still got the one I bought new in 88. I have a hard time getting rid of rc cars. I sold my Brat and wished I hadn't almost immediately. You don't get much out of them used anyway. I've given more rcs away to people that couldn't afford a decent one than I've sold. You don't make much money doing that either. O well, I'm not in it for the money anyway. Made some kids happy, though. That's more important than having a big stack of cars.

Default vintage

the other site's do not allow posting your vintage items for sale on there boards.

Yes i to think there should be a BUY/SELL/TRADE Vintage form
it seems in many case's it your car is more than 2 year's old it is considered outdated and vintage.

Most of my 40 nitro car collection is of car's not being produced today,

somthing to think about Jesse

I agree...

I have some vintage cars (AE Pan Car, Tamyia Evo III, HPI RS4 PRO, and RS4). Would be nice to have a thread like that... can get some parts (LIKE BODY POSTS) on the cheap cheap...

Would be great because it will coincide with the VTA cars.
