Live CHat problems
I seem to be having alot of problems with that live chat! Why won't it let me register as Speedo? Could it be cause if someone on another site has Speedo, so I can't? And TSR6 can't see what anybody types

I found that Java wouldnt work for me.

Well...
Well, if you get out of that window, you'll see there ae about 10,000 other rooms, which is why I can't use Speedo.

Yup, one limitation is that other people can register nicknames, and may have already. While I do have the money to run a chat client, I unfortunately do not have the money to run my own chat server.
The light chat should work just as fine for our purposes as the regular Java-heavy chat. As for why the regular one was not working on your machines, I am not sure. Last night I had at least 3 or 4 people testing it out and all could get the regular one working fine.
As Troy mentioned, you can also connect with a free program called mIRC (http://www.mirc.com) to:
irc.webchat.org
And join the channel called #rctech to get in. The account "Plaz" is my mIRC session, though messaging it is probably not a good idea since I don't check it very often. It just stays there to keep the channel active.

Hey I couple of mins ago my chat went crazy and turned all to code, I guess that probably could have been a normal bug but it was weird.

If you somehow leave the #rctech channel, you might experience something like that. There are a lot of channels on that server (irc.webchat.org) that are non-English, meaning they use different character sets that when displayed on a US English computer will look like nothing but gibberish.

It shouldn't be down...
If you ever come across messages like that, it's usually best just to wait a couple of minutes and then give it another go. I'm sure the server will indeed go down here and there, but for the most part it is very stable...

I found that when I enter java that I have to wait after it loads and says it's finished for about 10 seconds because it loads some stuff even after it says it's finished. The only thing that dosn't work for me is the avitars, I used to be able to get them in the chat but now it says there not aloud.
