Locked out of my original account
I had my original account with the two step verification. My device ended up dying and am now locked out of my account. When I try to get a new 16 digit code it says my reset answer is not correct, I sent a general message to ib and haven't heard anything back.

I am locked out of my account and have started a new one, however, I would much rather continue from my old account. I have sent emails and gotten no response. Is it possible to get some help with this?
