Wednesday nite chats...
 

Hey futureal would it be possible to have a second night of chat? I work at my LHS on wednesday nights, and I really want to join in on the chat night. Please think about it.

Just drop in any night... Right now is a good time too.. A couple of us in there...

some people there.... but not a whole lot of chatting going on.

I can only really do one chat a week, but I will be happy to schedule others if some of my moderators will be around. Just talk to TSR6 or Speedo to set something up, and post a message about it, and I'm sure people will come. In fact, any time you want to get a chat going, just post a message and get some people together. The more chatting going on, the better!

AE_racer: In my opinion, it looks a lot better. I wanted to cut down on some of the extra space that the signature took up, so I eliminated the leading and trailing line breaks, and then extended the line across the screen. I moved the "Report" and "IP" functions to the top of the message as well.

TSR6: Monday would be fine, whatever works. See what some of these other guys think... chat has been steadily increasing each week...

Yeah, Monday works for me, Tues & Sunday don't work at all, and saturday would be pushing it... and i might make some of them... Otherwise Monday & Wed. are the best for me.

Everyone - Leave some input... Otherwise i will just plan for Monday & Wednesday... and remember you can stop in at any time!

I can come in whenever, i usually stay in there for half an hour each night to see if anyone come anyways...

Oh, and I like the line, makes things nice and neat :D Shane- have you gotten round to getting the message numbering right yet, cause for ppl like me and troy who use the cool way, it doesn't work!

I have not found a way to reverse the message ordering. The reason is that the threads are generated "on the fly" by the PHP script, so at the beginning of the generation, it does not know how many messages there will be. When you reverse the order, it just calls them up in reverse. If I can figure out the total # of posts beforehand I can make it happen, I just have to study the mySQL documentation and hopefully come up with the right database query to do just that.

Ah...right... LOL Aren't there places where you can just dl the mods?
