Deal with someone with cash in person! Preferably in a well lighted public location!

Problem is for a online transaction if its not paypal what is the protection for the buyer? The only other way is maybe EBAY and you can take credit card payments. EBAY fees are then the protection mechanism.

The problem with money orders is while its a safe way to move money it offers no buyer protection. There are lots of ways for the seller to have his cash in hand and be able to use right of way (VENMO, money orders, western union, etc) but none of them offer the buyer any protection at least that I am aware of.

as a sellar on ebay you are responsible for up to a year after sales and a unscrupulous buyer can keep whatever you sell them and get there money back

ok guys a lot of good ideas. thinking cash would do...... is not going to happen with pay pal.. a person using it a yr then returning it after they destroy or opening a issue is not what I need. I was thinking some one buys it send it collect through post office post. they the office pays me...its all good... some one writing me a check thats ok but its cashed and I wait a week before its sent. more problems then its worth.... I think I will just hold on to the system and die with it. wife can give it away to a park thats trying to open a track for the kids . so what if im out 5 grand I had fun for 10 yrs running my track. stay safe

remember to hookup rack of transponders every 10 days or so to keep the batteries alive in transponders. just give it away and claim it on taxes,,,
