Drag race / Speed run Forum
 

Do you think it would be worth while to have a Drag race / Speed run Forum. I could even replace the( Industry News Forum ) if keeping the number of forums down was an issue it has only had five post in the past year.

We would first have to see that there is enough interest to justify an entire thread. Unless you can find a lot of threads specifically about drag races and the like, it's not likely that an entire subforum would be justified.

At least it could be moved to the On Road forums (Nitro & Electric) if a thread is created.

I like the idea of a section were people could discuss their speed run/drag racing vehicles, be it onroad/ offroad, nitro, electric, supercar, buggy, truggy, drag car.

like no matter what rc you drag race or speedrun, you can post about it there.

in the past it seems a lot of that type of information mostly gets posted in the thread about that specific rc.

I think having a specific sub-forum would be nice just for visibility. Would generate more interest if people saw it without having to go into another forum first.

Just my 2 cents, but I'm also the type of person that doesn't care for superthreads too much. (Not complaining about them, just showing my perspective)

checked to see how many drag or speed related post I can find in others I only listed ones that have been active in the past year.

I know the drag race and speed run segment is growing, but I think most of those guys are not on RC Tech. It's so easy to make a Facebook group, but unless you know it's there you'll never find it.
