It is a strange profile, but they haven't actually done anything yet - they don't even have posts. You'd have to find one of their posts and report it to report the profile.

I know forums where you can report profiles as well.

But it looks like he just filled his profile and a photo album so it will be seen....

Their website seems legit, created 9 years ago regarding WHOIS
Probably they are doing bussiness wit a bad advertiser, you would almost send those guys a mail and confront them with the finding that a spammer is giving their company a bad name.
