Default Congratulations to Tebo Nitro Challenge 2011

KC is slightly south of Iowa, but I wanted to congratulate him not only for winning, but for also mentioning God as his reason and motivation for success. It seems that it is becoming rarer and rarer as time goes by.

He started out in first in nitro pro a, got a bad marshall on lap 2 that dropped him all the way back to 10 and then reeled everyone back in for the win.

Wish we had the cash to sponsor him just on principal.

I hope God continues to bless you Tebo!

I've been a Tebo fan since the last "Losi Winter Nationals" at Hurricane Raceway in Lutz, FL!!! He was the FIRST PRO racer I heard to ever give Jesus the credit!!

Thanks Mike for sharing about Tebo. :-)

You're right, Mike!! Great thread!!

When I was racing, I had the pleasure of 'racing' and hanging out with Jared pretty regularly down in Pleasant Hill or Blue Springs (KC). Whenever he had an off-weekend he would just club race with us, and it was pretty cool---and informative.
I can tell ya--what you see is what you get, even when the cameras or the big crowds aren't there! SUPER nice guy, and seems to really have a heart for the Lord (my favorite part!). And needless to say, racing with him (and I use the term RACING lightly) was always a good time, even if he did smoke us all the time.

Great racer---Great guy!

Mr. Tebo did VERY well this past week. I had the pleasure of being there in person to witness and participate in this GREAT event. Always a pleasure to watch the talent of these top pro's.

Congrats to him!
