WTB entry level 1/5 scale, have a Hobao Hyper 7 brushless to trade
I've been itching for a year or so to pull the trigger on a 5th scale. I'm not racing, it'll be just bashing around so I'm not hung up on the clone thing. I'd really like a used Hpi, Rovan, or King Motor but would be open to any other ideas.
I've got a nice Hobao Hyper 7 brushless conversion I could do as a partial trade. I can't remember which brushless setup it has, I didn't do the conversion. I do know it's not name brand. I'm guessing 80a-100a and it is fast enough to spin all four tires on pavement at 30+ mph. It's mostly metal and is a tank, one of the toughest I've owned.
As I said, I don't race. I'm not looking to spend $500+. Thanks!
