just a suggestion, for new in box, your best and probably only bet is going to be your lhs or buying from online store.

I am quite aware of where to get NIB at full price plus taxes.

I have seen a fair number of NIB items for sale on this board at prices much lower then LHS or online retailers. So i dont mind waiting for the right item and price.
