I have a tekin G12c which is no motor limit and I could part with it very cheaply... $50 shipped!

Novak 828-HV
I have an older Novak 828-HV
It can handle dual motors if you want, 8 -> 28 cells. It's an older controll but it works good, and I think it will do you just fine.
Great for drag racing, speed runs, or in a monster truck. I had it in a boat, with dual motors, and 12 cells. I had a water cooling kit for it but I believe I have lost that 80 dollar add on.
Specs look simular to the Novak dually but can handle 28 cells.
