Default New or used

If you have the cash, check out the Xipp X-Mod Super lathe. Sold by Integy. I have one and it is very nice and easy to use.

You can order it with the carbide v-blocks and bit and it will give years of service. I power mine with an old Firehawk motor and my motor run option(3v) on my charger. But a good three cell pack will work just as good. And I bought a fine diamond hone to touch up the bit whenever I see it not cutting as well. Sure alot cheaper than diamond bits. One mistake with a diamond bit and it's $50 in the trash can.

I haven't checked Integy to see prices, but you might be able to spot one on Ebay, or other for sell forums.

These are well worth the money.

See ya,
Rod
