I have a pair of BNIB Racers's Edge, 35c 4000 mah - $110 shipped for the pair. Not 40c, but they are the race edition hard case, haven't heard a bad thing yet about them. They come in the new box with the balancing wire harness.

I also have a pair of 5500 mah Speed Power, also 35c, but same as the RE packs, they can handle quite a bit, especially being 5500's. $130 shipped. Same deal, BNIB, come with bullet plugs for the hardcases.
