I'd be cautious about that. If the stator windings are truly burnt up it usually means the motor was running way too hot, which also means a good chance the rotor is demagnetized. Often times the rotor demags first because of overheating, and the coils fry after as a result. Better off looking for a working used Velineon, they are still quite cheap. But that's just my $0.02
