Hey MBX5R For Sale
I have a brand new, just built MBX5R and a MBX5R Prospec that i have been racing that is fresh and brand new, i am selling all of my Mugen MBX5 stuff for 650 bucks, 2 complete cars a ton of tires and wheels, a Ofna King Bump Box, new Proline Body, and enough brand new parts to rebuild both cars at least one more time, i am including a spare brand new chassis and a GO engine as well, they wont have electronics is all they need besides your engine, can't beat the deal 1500+ in stuff, let me know if you are interested in all of it or just the kit car (thats built) i prefer to sale everything together as it is going to be harder to find parts for them as time goes on. let me know if you are interested, i am located in Southern California - Chris, [email protected]

I appreciate the offer but if its been driven i dont want it. I am looking for a kit to build really.
The story is my first nitro was a mbx5r. It came rtr used with more than enough parts to rebuild the car a few times over. I dont want to upgrade to a 6 due to the number of parts I have for the 5. I can beat the guys with the 6's so why get one till next year. And now that Im thinking about it I might as well run the 5 one more year but I want a fresh kit to start from. I know its a shot in the dark to find one still in plastic but Im sure theres one out there. I saw a 5truggy on ebay a few days bqack that was new it plastic. Thanks for looking.
In a nutshell I dont want to buy spare parts for a 6 and start all over.

pegasus hobbies in montclair,ca has a couple nip 5r kits...I have a 6 but I have a 5r for electric, same as you, I have a ton of parts!!!Keep driving it, its a good car..call them up and ask for r/c cars dept.....Bad news is they want full price..see if they will work a deal?
