Good luck with that considering shipping and paypal fees will eat $3 easily!

I've got a couple NIB ones I'll give you for $13 each if interested.

There are NO PayPal fees when sending payment as a gift. C'mon, everyone knows that these days.

Actually, I just found this out a week ago!

And the fee isn't anywhere NEAR $3. It's roughly 3% of the total value. I.E. $5 payment, fee is $0.15. Shipping is a postage stamp, maybe 2. Total fees are less than $1...

There is a $.50 cent transaction fee + 2.9% so there is $.65 right there.
A failsafe is a "non machinable" envelope so must go First Class Parcel which starts at $1.80 or so.

Anyway, I do wish you luck in your search.

On my buisiness paypal account the paypal fees on $5.00 is $0.45.

You are correct on your $0.15 assumption but forgot about the $0.30 fee per transaction

Other accounts might have higher transaction fees depending on user

Again, if payment is sent as a gift, there are ZERO transaction fees.

Non-machinable envelops have a mere .20 surcharge.
Just calculated postage for 3 oz (way heavier than a fail safe), came out to $0.98 coast to coast.
