bearings for a novak motor
 

I need a set of bearings for a 10.5ss novak brushless motor. my lhs says they're on backorder everywhere, and I need them soon

the front main is 1/2 x 3/16
and the rear is 3/8 x 1/8

I need the bigger one the most. pm me if u have one or a link to someone who does thanks

Have you tried going direct to Boca Bearings or Acer?

hey mike, you can't buy just the front bearing from novak. Its the whole endbell and then a rear bearing in the same package. Novak claims that the front bearing is not removable. I ordered mine from tower hobbies. Novak part # 5919 or tower # lxmgj4 It says it for the 5.5 and 6.5 but the bearings are the same in the bl motors unless its an hv system which your's is not.

I was down today and talked to blain. he looked it up and there was no date on when anyone would have them.

you can remove the front bearing I did. I put Abec-5 in mine and wow what a difference. Buy the abec-5 bearings ceramic and no they wont break even if used in offroad rc. I used them on my mountains bikes and they hold up better then steel bearing do.

yep, just ordered the abec-5 ceramic from boca this morning. I could have gotten 10 for less than I paid for 1 but I heard ceramic was the way to go

yes man abec 5 bearings are buttery smooth and will last for a long time.

should have ordered 2 :mad: just seized the same bearing in my 5800 during pactice
