WTB Airtronics/Sanwa 2.4 Ghz DSS Receiver

I'm looking for the Airtronics/Sanwa 4 channel 2.4Ghz DSS reciever for the M8/M11. Let me know if you are getting rid of one and what it will cost to ship to Cincinnati, Ohio. Thanks.
