Default WTB: "Dust Cover" for RC10

I'm dusting off my original gold tub RC10 in hopes of getting her racing again. A quick once over and I noticed that the "Dust Cover" (AE part #6608) which covers the pinion and spur gear is missing. I contacted AE direct and they don't have the part available. Do you or someone you know have an extra dust cover?

I will take a look for you in the next couple of days. I used to have about 6 of those gold chassis rc10s. Ive sold off all but 2 of them now. Im pretty sure Ive still got some new in the package parts for them though. Let me know if you've got the Championship Edition (stealth) tranny or the Original (6 gear) tranny.

I'm not sure I know the difference between the two. I have a new transmission housing still in the bag that has a part number of 6605 on it. It looks like this: (Note: all of the black parts shown are gold on my car)

Does that help?

While you are searching through your box of goodies, I am also looking for two "nose brace tubes" AE item number 6320.

Sorry H2o I didnt find a dust cover. And the pic that you have is the 6 gear tranny. I will post a pic of the stealth.--- I did have a set of nose tubes, some a-arms, (note: a-arms are both for the same side), front and rear shock towers, 2 sets of caster/camber blocks, The Truck conversion- (The black pieces are to convert the gold chassis to be able to use a truck body) and a few misc, pieces. here are some pics. PM me if your interested.

dust covers are nice but sometimes a pain. if u want an aftermarket cover rpm made them too. there a little more durable than the stock one but with either cover you can be limited to what kinds of gears you can put on it. if your looking for anything else let me know. i still have a bunch of rc10 stuff.

Thanks for looking, but I found one. I believe that I have been able to find all of the other parts that I have been looking for as well.
