Dude, RC stuff is a lot more expensive than what you are willing to spend. A pulsar, ICE, or other top of the line charger for $20? C'mon, you've got to be pulling our legs. I know you can't be older than 14.

funny im 15 never said it had to be top of the line just a decent charer i was jus throwing names out there
