I am looking to get my son and I into the same class. He is racing my old RC10 off road currently and hopefully this is a good time to get ready for the carpet in an inexpensive manner. Looking for 1/12th scales of the same make for easier repairs on identical cars for a two car campaign. Would love to get servo's, receivers, motors, and speed controls all together (but not required). We have some older Futaba radios ready to go. I went 1/12th years ago and loved it but kept the RC10 for versatility. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

My local hobby town (where our closest carpet track is located) has the most support (parts) for associated. Not that I don't shop a great deal online but if I need parts in a hurry, like at the event, then I must have the availabilty. If they had a greater selection of corally parts I would take you up on the cars.

If the above doesn't work out....I have a 12l3 with irs rear axle and blue aluminum pod plates,blue l4 shock.I also have a 12L4 thats pretty much stock.Pm if interested.Mario.BTW,both have only been raced on carpet.
