i use these from Amazon they are awesome!! use them in 17.5 and in mod with a 5T motor no issues with runtime

Thanks so much for the tip. I've always been tempted to try one of these no-name batteries. Nice to hear of someone who would recommend them.

I have a Gen's Ace Redline LiHV 5100 shorty pack, great battery, in excellent condition ... original boxing, always balance charged @ 7.5A (1.5c), and put into storage mode after each race day (3.8cell/7.6 pack) ... $35 ... PM if interested
