Default WTB someone to fix my motor!!!!!!!

i have a p2k that runs about twice as fast when the armature is going clockwise, as aposed to counterclock wise. my car runs forward when the armature spins clockwise. so that means my car is twice as fast in reverse as aposed to forward... if anyone can fix this please gimme an estimate at a price and where i would be shipping to. i have tried alot of stuff, and i would also like a guarentee that it will be fixed when i get it back. thanks

umm... you say that the motor runs twice as fast clockwise and your car runs fowards when the motor turns clockwise...

So whats the problem with going twice as fast fowards?

Check your radio and make sure the throttle isn't reversed. You can always just solder the motor wires the other way too.

The problem and solution is simple... you have the motor wires backwards. The P2K is a modified stock motor with 24 degree's of timing. So the reason for speed difference is in normal rotation it's advanced and running fast but when you reverse the voltage it's running in a retarded timing and is slower, you will also notice the motor gets hotter and there's a lot more arching from the brushes.
