Default -= 12V DISTRIBUTION BOXES AVAILABLE -=

I have 12v distribtion boxes available in many configurations. If you would like to have one with a certain number of outputs, switches, led lights, etc... please email or pm me. I will have some premade boxes up soon. Here are some details:

I have small medium and large boxes available in clear, translucent blue, translucent red and standard black. All boxes are constructed by me and hand soldered with high current rated hook up wire, 12 - 14 gauge silicon wire, high current rated switches and leds. I am IPC certified which is an electronics industry soldering standard. Also, I am not a business, just a guy who loves to build things during his spare time.

Here's a pic of the latest box that went out to DaveC (thanks Dave). The smaller box posted was sold to another fine person but is just another example. If you want one like these or any other style, please let me know. I will have some premade ones posted this week

Pricing:
Large box as pictured - $40 shipped
Smaler box prices coming soon.
Custom box configurations - please pm me for price quote.

PM's replied to. Prices vary depending on box size and options. The colored boxes are a little more expensive than plain black. I'd say prices range from $15 - $45.

Just to clarify, I am not a business. I do not own or run a hobby shop or have a warehouse full of these little boxes.

These are the rules as i understand them:

"This forum is solely for members' personal sales. New items may be sold, but not by any company, retail or otherwise, or by anybody representing a company."

I'm not a business/company so how are these commercial sales? There's another guy on here that sells these similar boxes but he is a business owner. I make these myself in my spare time, i don't re-sell somebody else's product.

Dumb question but instead of 4 sets of banana plug holes can you do 2 posts and 2 banana plug holes? Or, even dumber question, are there posts that plug into banana plug holes? My lathe has alligator clips and so does some other stuff I use occassionally.

Yep I can install binding posts no problem. Banana plugs come either in single or dual applications. If you want to use the dual plugs, the banana jacks on the box must be a standard spacing. Some of my boxes I make don't have standard spacing, some do. Depends on how the person wants it.

Now the dual version banana jacks are spaced already so there are no issues.

The binding posts unscrew on the end so you can jam things in the hole on the post and tighten down. You can either put a length of round metal in the hole and clip the alligator clip to that or just clip the alligator clip to the post and then tighten down. If you have a problem, I have a solution for you.

Thanks man... I can understand people being upset if a company or business owner was selling on the personal classifieds but i'm neither. Just an average working stiff trying to make a few extra bucks on the side. When I say a few extra I mean just that... a few. I don't exactly have the keys to a benz in my pocket.

I'll pm you big daddy.

Your post may have been deleted because it didn't include actual pricing...

"All posts must list an item’s price. Auction style posts, and/or posts that do not have an item price listed are not allowed and will be deleted."

Not sure if the other one did or not, but I think you need to post actual pries instead of a price range. Not hating, just helping. Good luck, still considering what I need!
