Derek yours is on the way - no need to be anxious! Everything's getting better, parts that were "lost" finally showed up and the wife and i just bought a small house with a basement so i can have a decent sized work area for once. You should see my work room now, I have no storage space and it looks like a tornado hit it. Now I just need a job where I don't have to work nights.

All other orders are being built now. If anyone has any questions, etc... you know how to reach me.

Are you able to do like a 3volt or 5 volt output for a lathe or to break in a motor? Or is it all 12volts?

Right now just 12 volts. I have a new 5v option for lathes being tested now -took me a while to find a proper solution. I can do a 5v output to power receivers/servos and other low current items right now. These wont run lathes though.

The voltage isn't really the issue, it's the amperage. A 5 volt 1 amp voltage regulator cannot run a lathe motor but a 5 volt 6 amp power supply could. It's the amps that matter here.

Interested in the "lathe box" Definatly keep us posted. I recently picked up a distribution box from another company and while Im happy with it...It would be great to have somthing to plug a lathe into...running it off a charger is somtimes inconvinient.

WhoMe; I agree. Jusbox; keep us informed when you come up with a solution to have a terminal with a switch on a power box that could run a lathe. I would definitely be interested.

Thanks, glad you like it! Maybe one day i'll build one for myself.

Also thanks to those who responded to my call for help from lathe users. I found a few people to help me and that's all I need for now.

Hey everyone! Been a little while since I've posted, been busy at work and trying to pack for a move... I'm putting in a parts order tomorrow if anyone is interested in one of these 12v boxes. My 5v solution will be ready next week assuming final testing goes well. I'm excited about that, should be a nice convenience for many people. I have some prebuilt pieces that will be up for sale the next day or so but again, if anyone wants anything, please let me know so I can get my parts order in.

p.s., if you have feedback for me, please post in my feedback thread, i'd appreciate it.

Jarkko, your order is Finland bound, it left early this week. My post office is staffed by a bunch of tards; it should get to you just fine but if there are problems with customs, let me know. I actually had to tell them what paperwork I needed for customs, etc.

I have some pre-builts that will be for sale soon, some standard size, some smaller. I should have some up after I get home from work.
