Wut does "Barely Used" mean? How many cuts on the comm? How many brushes have gone thru it? Why U sellin'?

Got this motor and brushes on a deal package with other stuff on Ebay. Don't really need this one. I checked it out and looks like its barely used. Looks like no cut or maybe one cut on it. Also comes with 7 pairs of actron brushes brand new. I'll put up pics in a couple hours. Pretty good deal since you're getting 7 pairs brand new brushes along with the motor.
