i'm a newb to team powers. what's the difference between actinium and the plutonium motors?

Slightly different than th V1 Plutonium, I'm not exactly sure. Not much, someone else will know. Pretty sure the stator is upgraded in some way. The V1 and V2 plutonium don't have stator measuring access slots on the can. Awesome motors in stock and mod classes. They're made on the same base production design as R1 V7 and Trinity Killshot motors.
