All the rules in the world won't stop this stuff from happening. Criminals will find a way. I feel for you guys man and I certainly don't want to sound insensitive. This could happen to any of us. However, we all know that this is the risk you take when you are trying to get that deal.

Honestly I think you should only have 24hr to 48hrs to post tracking info if that's not done you should be able to cancel and have your money returned at that moment....this would save alot of headaches.....These guys that are out there not being honest are just a bunch of chumps!!!!!!!

Just in the last month since I've become a member I've seen multiple issues with people scamming people, accounts that have been closed and I've only been here just over a month. I think people as buyers should have more protection as far as funds go..........money is not one to be played with....

wow. i almost bought a NIB MBX7T from this guy.. really happy i didn't! hope all works out well for you guys! He mad a bunch of posts around the same time with some unreal good deals..and as i figured..too good to be true.

^^^^^^^^^^^ this because this is more then a misdemeanor. Grand larceny of property or services valued at more than $2,000 but less than $10,000 is a felony punishable by a term of no more than five years in prison, or a fine at the discretion of the court.
