Tekin rsx esc's for repair. CHEAP..

I have an electrician's special.
2 non working Tekin rsx esc's that will not power on. I got them in a buyout and cant get them to work. They dont look or smell burnt, but wont power on. But im no electrician. Great for repair or warranty.
