Mild race Revo for sale... w/engine, no electronics.

My goal with this thing was to keep it as stock as possible, while still being somewhat competetive with some of the more modified trucks out there. Seemed to work, managed to make the A-Main at the RC Pro Series West with it. Truck had only seen two race weekends.
Truck will come minus electronics, with the exception of the rx pack. Equipped as follows:

* P2 rockers, misc springs.
* Forward Only Conversion (FOC)
* Close ratio gearset
* Supermaxx titaniam pillow balls (8 ea)
* Traxxas aluminum rocker posts
* Traxxas red aluminum pushrods
* Aluminum servo saver brace
* New Era aluminum shock ends
* Stock 2.5R engine, still great compression, runs VERY strong. Includes stock head, and big 3Racing head.
* Proline 23mm hex adapters.
* Proline Wabash wheels (white) & Bowties, good condition
* Traxxas Hurricane wheels & Panther tires, in great shape, though the guy I bought them from did a strange job mounting them. Still work great, though.
* Standard Proline Velocity wheels & Imex Pinn Dawg tires in good condition (WAY underappreciated tire, work VERY well)
* Stock wheels and tires - only used for break-in of the engine.
* Aluminum Traxxas standard hexes for use with standard wheels.
I've done all the standard "soft" mods, like cutting the servo saver for use with a single servo, clearancing on the steering and suspension for more steering travel. Have also cut down the front bumper, removed the rear bumper. I've removed the electric start in favor of a Tiger Drive. Will include the shaft - just requires a cordless drill to start - or buy a starter box. Just never got around to buying a box.
Asking $375, will consider selling with Airtronics 94357 & 94358 servos @ $60 each. You'd just need to add your rx at that point. NO TRADES, payment via PayPal only, I'll pay shipping within the continental US.

Pics to be posted tomorrow - just realized I've got no body-off shots.

Decided to keep - just too good to get rid of.

:cool: Good deal for someone if you decide to sell :cool:

Bah! My ATV is in need of repairs, looks like I'm going to have to sell some toys to make this happen. Price is firm. Any less and it's simply not worth getting rid of.
I'll post up some body-off shots tomorrow, but it's pretty much standard, run-of-the-mill Revo stuff.
I just mounted up a Proline Ford Courier body as a bit of a gag, but I actually like the way it's looking. It'll ship with the truck.

If I have to tell you "It's the one on the left", we've got problems...
