The radio will come with one radiopost receiver, and all of the tools and plastic parts for drop down adjustment and left hand use, as well as the instruction manual and everything else that came in the little parts bag with the unit when purchased.

To be honest with you Im not sure about all the pro's I can tell you it is well balanced and feels great in hand. The slide out full color display is just an awesome feature not found in any other brand. the receivers are less expensive then most high end radios. its an all around beautiful piece of equipment
